Apply Zo-Rub OA little and often
Apply a small bead of Zo-Rub OA cream to each painful area, four times a day. More than a small bead doesn’t provide any more pain relief and will be a waste of cream. You may feel a temporary burning sensation when you apply the cream. This burning is noticed more if you apply the cream less than four times a day.
Apply Zo-Rub OA to the pain area by gently massaging it in with your fingers
You don’t need to cover the whole pain area as the cream acts on the nerves across a wider area.
Wash your hands immediately after applying Zo-Rub OA
Unless you're using the cream to relieve painful areas on your hands, in which case don't wash the cream off these areas.
Be careful where you apply Zo-Rub OA
