Uses capsicum extract to block pain naturally
Zo-Rub OA contains capsaicin, a purified extract from red chilli peppers (capsicums). Capsaicin is the organic substance that makes red chilli peppers hot. Studies show that capsaicin helps relieve osteoarthritis pain by reducing levels of substance P in our bodies. Substance P is the body’s pain messenger found at the nerve endings and is involved in transmitting pain signals to the brain.

increasing
Works gradually, increasing in strength with each application
Zo-Rub OA pain relief is not instantaneous. After repeated application of the cream substance P begins to deplete; depletion of substance P, following continued use over a period of 4+ weeks, gradually brings the full effect.

The mild burning feeling shows that it’s working
Zo-Rub OA may cause a mild-to-moderate localised burning sensation when first applied. The burning feeling usually decreases or disappears with time and regular use. The mild burning is normal, particularly during the early stages of treatment, and it's a sign that the cream is working.

Zo-Rub OA is easy to use
Here’s some helpful tips on how to use Zo-Rub OA
Zo-Rub OA cream
Apply Zo-Rub OA little and often
Apply a small bead of Zo-Rub OA cream to each painful area, four times a day. More than a small bead doesn’t provide any more pain relief and will be a waste of cream. You may feel a temporary burning sensation when you apply the cream. This burning is noticed more if you apply the cream less than four times a day.
Apply Zo-Rub OA to the pain area by gently massaging it in with your fingers
You don’t need to cover the whole pain area as the cream acts on the nerves across a wider area.
Wash your hands immediately after applying Zo-Rub OA
Unless you're using the cream to relieve painful areas on your hands, in which case don't wash the cream off these areas.
Be careful where you apply Zo-Rub OA
Don’t apply Zo-Rub OA near your eyes, nose, or broken, damaged and irritated skin.
Wait before bathing or showering
Avoid taking a hot bath or shower just before or after applying Zo-Rub OA as it can enhance the burning sensation.
A few important things to know
Don’t bandage the pain area tightly. Zo-Rub OA is not recommended for use on children. Discontinue using Zo-Rub OA if an adverse reaction occurs.
